FAQs

The best way to find out your ring size is to get it accurately measured by a local goldsmith or jewellery store.

If you cannot make it to a jeweller you can also order a ring sizing tool for the cost of shipping.

Gold plating will wear off over time due to due contact with skin, cosmetics and other chemicals. You should take extra good care of your gold plated pieces and avoid scratches. Gold plated jewellery can be re-plated. Gold plated jewellery must be cleaned with a special gold cleaning cloth.

Treasure your jewellery and treat it nicely. Jewellery should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.

When you are not wearing your jewellery I recommend that you keep it stored in a jewellery pouch or in the jewellery box along with the anti-tarnish tab provided with your order.

You should store your jewellery in a dry space to avoid oxidation.

Keep your jewellery away from sharp objects, abrasive materials and harsh chemicals.  It does not like bleach, household cleansers, hard surfaces, or rough and tumble activities. Please note that ultrasonic cleaning is too aggressive for most gemstones.

It is always best to remove jewellery before doing any housework, at the beach, in the gym, in the sauna and pool etc.
