Wrap the gauge around your finger, threading the end through the channel. Pull until it fits tight, yet remains removable with some effort. Note the number that the black arrow points to. Notches between two numbers correspond to half sizes. 

Some tips for choosing the right size:

Our dominant hand fingers are generally slightly larger, make sure you measure the right finger on the correct hand. 

It is always best to measure the finger at normal temperatures, fingers can shrink or expand when hot or cold. 

Rings with wider bands will fit a bit tighter.
