RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item purchased from our online shop to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused in its original packaging. Please note that bespoke orders and made-to-size items in 18k Fairtrade gold cannot be returned.
In the case of a return, we'll refund the full item price, excluding the initial shipping costs. It's important to note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Although the price of the item itself will be refunded, the initial shipping fees for the order are non-refundable.
HOW TO RETURN:
Make sure to pack the safely and in its original box and packaging with your order confirmation.

In case of an exchange or a return, you will have to pay for the shipping. We recommend that you ship the package as an insured package (including a tracking number). Please send the item in a cardboard box with tissue paper or similar and not in a padded envelope. It is your responsibility to send the product with sufficient insurance. Items that are incorrectly packaged and damaged or missing during shipping cannot be refunded or exchanged.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there are any issues, please get in touch at info@idamari.com
EXCEPTIONS
Bespoke orders and made-to-size in 18k Fairtrade gold cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that bespoke orders and 18k Fairtrade gold cannot be returned.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since approved your return, please contact us at info@idamari.com.
We are not able to refund customs and VAT for orders sent to destinations outside the EU. It should be noted that we will not refund customs and VAT for orders shipped to customers outside the EU, where the deliveries are refused by the customer or because the customer was not home to receive the delivery. The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
