(1) Delivery

All jewellery from IDAMARI is handmade to order and will ship within 7-10 days. If the product is in stock the product will ship within 2 days. Shipping takes 3-5 business days within Germany. International shipping might take 2-3 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing. IDAMARI ships with Deutche Post, Hermes, DHL and UPS depending on the destination.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The customer is in charge of paying local taxes and customs fees. We ship to most countries. If your country is not on the list please contact me at info@idamari.com and I'll do my best to find a solution.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping costs depend on the customer’s location:
(a) place of delivery inside Germany: 4,90 EUR (express shipping 9,90)
(b) place of delivery inside EU: 7.00 - 9,90 Euro
(c) place of delivery outside EU: 10.00 Euro - 32 EUR

For express or priority delivery, please contact mail@idamari.com for arrangements. 

Did you purchase the wrong size?
 
I offer one free exchange if you have bought the wrong size or style. You need to pay for the shipping to IDAMARI and I'll pay for the shipping back to you. This is not valid for custom orders.

(2) Returns

IDAMARI is handmade to order. Please consider this when you place your order. If you are unhappy with your order, please get in touch within 7 days after receiving your order. Orders are exhanged your order for store credit only. 
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Earrings and gift cards cannot be returned. To complete your return, I will need a receipt or proof of purchase


Returning/exchange an order:  

Please send an email to info@idamari.com with the invoice or receipt and I will send you further instructions.
 
If you are returning an item for refund or repair, the item MUST be returned in either the original packaging. Please send the jewellery in a cardboard box with tissue papers or similar and not in an envelop or padded envelope. It is also your resonsibility to send the product with insurance. Items that are incorrectly packaged and damaged in postage cannot be replaced.

 
Repairs (if applicable):

I will repair manufacturing faults within 6 months of the purchase date. I reserve the right to not repair, or to add a cost to any goods returned after bafore mentioned 6 months period. 
 
Manufacturing faults do not include:
- broken chains
- items that have been distorted, twisted or snapped
- general wear and tear, scratches or oxidising
 
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
Please allow 4-6 weeks for repairs, re-plating and re-sizing.
